Analytics
Google Analytics runs in advanced consent mode. Until you choose to allow analytics, the Google tag loads with analytics and advertising storage denied and sends only cookieless consent-mode pings.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics can use analytics cookies to record page visits and broad interactions such as planning a visit, contacting the church, or opening the giving link.
The website does not send contact-form messages, prayer requests, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to analytics.
Contact form
The contact form uses FormSubmit to deliver your message to the church email inbox. The information you provide is used to read and respond to your message.
Maps, Spotify, and Facebook
Google Maps, Spotify, and Facebook content are blocked until you choose to load them. Loading an embed connects your browser to that provider, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
When you load an embed, this site saves that provider choice in this browser so the same provider can load more smoothly next time. You can clear saved embed choices below.
Online giving
Giving links open Tithe.ly in a new tab. Donations are processed by Tithe.ly under its own privacy and security practices; this website does not receive payment-card information.
Member area
The member area uses Firebase Authentication for email-link sign-in and Firestore for access, private profiles, groups, events, announcements, and moderation history.
When someone requests member area access, their name, email, phone, congregation connection, and optional note are also sent to the church inbox through FormSubmit. The request remains available to authorized portal administrators if that email cannot be delivered.
Directory participation and profile photos are optional. Directory entries contain only the contact fields each approved member chose to share.
Profile photos are cropped and compressed in your browser, stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket, and delivered through an authenticated Cloudflare Worker after administrator review. Original full-resolution images are not uploaded.
To reduce database requests, this browser keeps a short-lived cache scoped to the signed-in member. Signing out clears locally cached portal records and profile photos; members using a shared device should always sign out.
The portal does not store pastoral care, medical, financial, prayer-request, tax-document, or giving-statement information.
